WCC Aeronautical & Technological College (WCC ATC) and SEA Aviation Services officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today, solidifying a strategic partnership aimed at advancing aviation education and bridging the gap between academic training and industry practice.

SEA Aviation Services, a trusted provider in the aviation sector, brings extensive technical expertise and a strong focus on workforce development to the partnership. Through this collaboration, WCC ATC students will gain industry-based exposure and mentoring from SEA Aviation Services professionals. The partnership also paves the way for joint initiatives such as technical trainings, seminars, curriculum development, and technology transfer—ensuring alignment with the latest standards in aviation operations.

The MOU was signed by Dr. Raymond Patrick V. Guico, President of WCC-ATC, and Mr. Melvin U. Cadampog, Accountable Manager and Vice President for Finance of Sunlight Air. He was joined by fellow Sunlight Air executives Mr. Jameson Doloso, Quality and Safety Manager, and Mr. Mervin Magallanes, Training Manager, during the ceremonial signing event held at the WCC-ATC campus in Binalonan, Pangasinan

Both institutions are committed to building a strong talent pipeline for the aviation industry by advancing aviation excellence through innovation, skills development, and industry-aligned training.
